Julian Moreen is a singer-songwriter and pianist who blends contemporary jazz, folk, and indie pop with poetic storytelling and vibrating soundscapes.

With the restless soul of a traveller and always craving new inspiration, he spent his formative years in Basel, Boston, New York and Taipei. His tours have taken him across Europe and Asia featuring performances at major festivals like Taiwan’s Taichung Jazz Festival, China’s Jazz at Lincoln Center Shanghai and Germany’s JazzOpen Stuttgart, where he shared the stage with Suzanne Vega, Jorjia Smith and Celeste.

As a producer and collaborator, his sound can be heard in works with unique artists from a wide range of genres, such as Slovak jazz singer Ester Wiesnerova, Taiwanese pop artists Mandark and aDAN薛詒丹 and in productions for media and games through his studio DoubleHz.
